Combining the modular ELFA II drivetrain system with Proterra’s high power, high density battery system, in conjunction with the innovative ELFA drive and converter technology and energy efficient auxiliary system components for AC, braking, door systems, power steering and more, the CX45E is designed to achieve projected daily range targets for operators. The vehicle’s zero emissions, quiet battery drive offers a smooth comfortable ride with very low noise levels to enhance the passenger experience like never before.
